نبذة عن الدور:

نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات ديناميكي وموجه نحو تحقيق الأهداف للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح المسؤول عن البحث عن عملاء جدد، الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين، وزيادة المبيعات والإيرادات. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تواصل ممتازة، وقدرة على التفاوض، وفهماً عميقاً لاحتياجات العملاء.

المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية:

  • البحث عن عملاء جدد واستهدافهم عبر وسائل مختلفة (الاتصال البارد، الزيارات الميدانية، الشبكات المهنية).

  • زيارة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين وعرض المنتجات/الخدمات المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم.

  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية المحددة.

  • إعداد وعرض العروض السعرية والعقود، والتفاوض على شروط البيع.

  • متابعة العملاء بعد البيع لضمان رضاهم وحل أي مشكلات قد تنشأ.

  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن أنشطة المبيعات، والإيرادات المحققة، وتوقعات المبيعات المستقبلية.

  • حضور معارض ومناسبات الصناعة ذات الصلة للتعرف على السوق والمنافسين.

  • التعاون مع فريق التسويق لتنفيذ استراتيجيات الترويج والمبيعات.

  • تحديث نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) ببيانات دقيقة للعملاء والفرص.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

  • درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل ولكن ليس إلزامياً).

  • خبرة لا تقل عن [سنتين] في مجال المبيعات (يفضل في نفس المجال).

  • مهارات تواصل واستماع وإقناع ممتازة.

  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.

  • مهارات تفاوض وإغلاق صفقات قوية.

  • إجادة استخدام حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) وأنظمة CRM.

  • امتلاك سيارة خاصة ورخصة قيادة سارية (حسب متطلبات الوظيفة).

Job Title: Sales Representative

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales revenue. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new customers through various channels (cold calling, field visits, networking, etc.).

  • Visit existing and potential clients to present products/services tailored to their needs.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms and close deals.

  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generated, and sales forecasts.

  • Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and competitors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Minimum of [2] years of experience in sales (preferably in the same industry).

  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Own a car and a valid driver’s license (if required for the role).

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
